Return Policy

At THE FOX AND I, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and have an amazing online shopping experience with us. We understand this includes no hassle returns!

If your return meets our return conditions, we will issue you with a store credit, regardless of method of payment you have used. Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Please read our return conditions and follow the simple instructions detailed below.

PLEASE NOTE: All items marked as SALE ITEM are final and are not eligible for return.

RETURN CONDITIONS

- Given the following conditions are met, we accept returns that have been returned to us within 7 days of delivery for Australian orders and within 30 days of delivery for International orders.

 - To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be unworn/unused and in the original condition that you received it.

- There must be no make up, tan, perfume or any other markings or smells on the item/s.

- The item/s must have not been washed.

- All tags must be properly attached and are not to be damaged.

- We complete a thorough quality inspection on all returns and if your item/s does not meet the above criteria then your return will be declined and your item/s will be returned to you. Please note, we take this very seriously and we will not be accepting returns that do not meet this criteria. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item/s back to you.

- We recommend using a delivery method which provides you with a tracking number. We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused to any parcels returned to us. If we receive an item that has been damaged during postage, it will not be accepted and it will be returned to you and you will be need to contact your postage provider.

- All SALE items are final and are not eligible for return. If we receive your return and you purchased it as a SALE item, it will be returned to you and postage costs to return the item/s to you will be payable by you.

- Due to safety and hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on bodysuits, swimwear and headwear such as hats and fascinators.

- We do not provide refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing.

- We are unable to exchange, nor can we hold items for you while you return your item/s.

- You are responsible for any charges or fees applicable to return your item/s to us.

 

INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUSTRALIAN RETURNS:

1. Please ensure your return meets our return policy conditions. Please read 'RETURN CONDITIONS' noted above. If you are unsure if your return meets our conditions, please contact us before returning your item/s.

2. Fill in the returns form that you received with your order.

3. Include the form with your return parcel.

4. Returns must be returned to us within 7 days of delivery of your item/s. Any item/s returned to us after 7 days of delivery of your item/s will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

5. You do not need to contact us to return your item/s, unless you are returning a faulty item - in this case, please see instructions for 'Faulty Items' below.

6. Simply post your return to the following address:

7. Once we receive your return, please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed. We will complete a thorough quality inspection of the item/s. Any item/s that do not meet our return policy conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

8. If your item/s meet our return policy conditions, we will issue you with a store credit gift card, via email to the email address provided to us when you made your purchase. Your store credit gift card will be to the value of the amount you paid for your purchase less postage costs. Your store credit gift card will be valid for 12 months. Please ensure you use your store credit gift card by the expiry date, as we are unable to provide extensions.

9. To use your store credit gift card, simply add the code you were provided into the 'gift card code' section at checkout. Please note, store credit gift cards are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash.

4. Returns must be returned to us within 30 days of delivery of your item/s. Any returns received by us after 30 days of delivery of your item/s will not be accepted - we will hold your returned item/s until you have covered the postage costs for returning the item/s back to you.

FAULTY RETURNS

(AUSTRALIAN AND INTERNATIONAL) 
In the unlikely event that you receive an item/s with a major manufacturing fault, please contact us immediately within 2 days of receiving your item/s, via email at hello@thefoxandi.com.au

Please DO NOT return a faulty item/s to us unless you have contacted us and we have responded and approved your return. We may request photographic evidence of the fault/s. For any item/s deemed by us to be faulty, it will be at our discretion, as per Australian consumer law, to replace the item/s, repair it or provide a full refund.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE THOROUGHLY INSPECT EACH ITEM BEFORE THEY ARE POSTED OUT TO OUR CUSTOMERS.
