  • THE FOX AND I uses Australian standard sizes.

    We stock various brands and there may be some slight variations between brands and styles. To help you in your selection, for each product we have noted the size of the model, the size that the model is wearing and the model's height.

    If a product is of a particular fit ie. small fit we have noted this in the product description. Please note that we are unable to accept returns as faulty based on irregularities with the size guide.

    THE FOX AND I OFFERS A FLAT RATE OF $6.95 FOR EXPRESS SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS BEING SHIPPED AUSTRALIA WIDE.

    HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN RECEIVED? Once you place your order via our website, you will receive an email confirmation from THE FOX AND I to say that your order has been received. If you have not received this email, it very likely means that you have provided us with an incorrect email address. We ask that you please email us at hello@thefoxandi.com.au and advise us that you have not received your order confirmation, please provide us with your full name and description of item/s you purchased.

    HOW WILL MY PARCEL BE SENT?
    All Australian parcels are shipped via Australia Post Express.

    HOW WILL I KNOW MY PARCEL HAS BEEN SENT?
    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from Australia Post providing you with the tracking information for your parcel.

    CAN I TRACK MY PARCEL?
    Yes absolutely, Australia Post will send you an email which will provide you with your tracking number and a link which you can use to track your parcel.

    HOW LONG AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
    We endeavour to ship orders placed before 12pm AEST on a business day, the same day. However this may not always be possible, so we ask that you allow 1 business day for the processing of your order. This does not include weekends or NSW public holidays.
    Orders placed on a weekend, will in most cases be shipped the following business day, however during very busy or sale periods it may take 1-2 business days for your order to be shipped.

    HOW LONG WILL AUSTRALIA POST TAKE TO DELIVER MY PARCEL?
    If your delivery address is located with the AUSTRALIA POST EXPRESS POST NETWORK (most metropolitan areas) you should expect Australia Post to take 1 business day delivering your parcel. Shipment to regional areas which are located outside of this network may take 2-5 business days. You may check to see whether you location falls within this network HERE.

     

    IMPORTANT INFORMATION

    For added security, a signature on delivery will be required for ALL Australian orders. If you are not available at the time of delivery, a calling card will be left and your parcel will be redirected to your nearest Australia Post Office. To collect your parcel, you will need to take your calling card and your Photo Identification to the post office noted on the calling card. Please follow the instructions on the calling card.

    All parcels are sent with signature required on delivery, so unfortunately if you request otherwise your request will be declined.

    Please note delivery times are estimated and should be used as a guide only. Australia Post delivery times do not take into account dispatch times.

    Please be advised that we do not take any responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur during shipment. We do not take any responsibility for delays caused during shipment.

    If you have not received your parcel within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us via email hello@thefoxandi.com.au with your full name and confirmation order number and we will definitely look into it for you and try to resolve the issue.

    Please be advised that taxes, duties and fees, import fees may be payable for international orders. Please be advised that we have no control over these charges and we will not be held liable or responsible for these charges. We advise you contact your local customs office prior to making your purchase, should you have any questions or concerns.

• RETURNS

  • At THE FOX AND I, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and have an amazing online shopping experience with us. We understand this includes no hassle returns!

    If your return meets our return conditions, we will issue you with a store credit, regardless of method of payment you have used. Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Please read our return conditions and follow the simple instructions detailed below.

    PLEASE NOTE: All items marked as SALE ITEM are final and are not eligible for return.
    
    

    RETURN CONDITIONS

    - Given the following conditions are met, we accept returns that have been returned to us within 7 days of delivery for Australian orders and within 30 days of delivery for International orders.

     - To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be unworn/unused and in the original condition that you received it.

    - There must be no make up, tan, perfume or any other markings or smells on the item/s.

    - The item/s must have not been washed.
    
    - All tags must be properly attached and are not to be damaged.

    - We complete a thorough quality inspection on all returns and if your item/s does not meet the above criteria then your return will be declined and your item/s will be returned to you. Please note, we take this very seriously and we will not be accepting returns that do not meet this criteria. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item/s back to you.
    
    - We recommend using a delivery method which provides you with a tracking number. We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused to any parcels returned to us. If we receive an item that has been damaged during postage, it will not be accepted and it will be returned to you and you will be need to contact your postage provider.
    
    - All SALE items are final and are not eligible for return. If we receive your return and you purchased it as a SALE item, it will be returned to you and postage costs to return the item/s to you will be payable by you.

    - Due to safety and hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on bodysuits, swimwear and headwear such as hats and fascinators.
    
    - We do not provide refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
    
    - We are unable to exchange, nor can we hold items for you while you return your item/s.

    - You are responsible for any charges or fees applicable to return your item/s to us.

     

    INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUSTRALIAN RETURNS:

    1. Please ensure your return meets our return policy conditions. Please read 'RETURN CONDITIONS' noted above. If you are unsure if your return meets our conditions, please contact us before returning your item/s.

    2. Fill in the returns form that you received with your order.

    3. Include the form with your return parcel.

    4. Returns must be returned to us within 7 days of delivery of your item/s. Any item/s returned to us after 7 days of delivery of your item/s will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

    8. If your item/s meet our return policy conditions, we will issue you with a store credit gift card, via email to the email address provided to us when you made your purchase. Your store credit gift card will be to the value of the amount you paid for your purchase less postage costs. Your store credit gift card will be valid for 12 months. Please ensure you use your store credit gift card by the expiry date, as we are unable to provide extensions.

    9. To use your store credit gift card, simply add the code you were provided into the 'gift card code' section at checkout. Please note, store credit gift cards are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash.

    FAULTY RETURNS

    (AUSTRALIAN AND INTERNATIONAL) 
    In the unlikely event that you receive an item/s with a major manufacturing fault, please contact us immediately within 2 days of receiving your item/s, via email at hello@thefoxandi.com.au

    Please DO NOT return a faulty item/s to us unless you have contacted us and we have responded and approved your return. We may request photographic evidence of the fault/s. For any item/s deemed by us to be faulty, it will be at our discretion, as per Australian consumer law, to replace the item/s, repair it or provide a full refund.

    PLEASE NOTE THAT WE THOROUGHLY INSPECT EACH ITEM BEFORE THEY ARE POSTED OUT TO OUR CUSTOMERS.
